These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the pd99 platform ("we", "our", "pd99") and the user ("you", "member"). 3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are generally transferred within 5-30 minutes. You must use your registered payment method to make a withdrawal.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• The stated wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to real funds.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Bonus manipulation or fraud through multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent or stolen third-party payment methods.
• Operating games through software or automated (robotic) means.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or misleading other members.
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform.
• Using any kind of unauthorized automated method.

6.1 Betting Rules

6.2 Results and Disputes
