What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?

Online betting and casino games are an entertaining experience — but they stay healthy only when you keep control. pd99 believes that responsible gaming means not just keeping yourself safe, but also being responsible toward your family and society.

We encourage every one of our users to see gaming purely as an enjoyable leisure activity, not as a source of income. At pd99 we are committed to creating a safe, transparent, and fair environment. SSL encryption, fair play, and responsible gaming principles are our core foundation.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, your family, or your financial situation, contact our support team right now. Our 24/7 live chat support in Bengali is always by your side.

Recognize the warning signs

Seek help if you notice any of the following signs:

  • Spending more money than your budget allows
  • Betting more to chase your losses
  • Hiding it from family or friends
  • Unable to focus on sleep or work
  • Playing with borrowed money or by dipping into savings
  • Wanting to stop but unable to

Our Protection Tools

pd99 provides several effective tools to keep you safe. Using these, you can manage your own gaming habits yourself.

Set a Deposit Limit

Set a fixed limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A cooling-off period applies when increasing a limit, but reducing one is instant.

Time-Out Feature

When you feel you need a short break, take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this time no betting activity can be carried out on your account.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long-term break, use the self-exclusion option. Your account can be fully suspended for 6 months or more.

Gaming History Review

View your betting and deposit history at any time. Understand your gaming patterns by analysing how much you have deposited, how much you have withdrawn, and your overall balance.

Reality Check Reminder

At set intervals you will be reminded how long you have been playing and what your net profit or loss is. This reminder helps keep you aware.

Healthy Gaming Habits

  • Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Do not bet more to try to recover money you have lost.
  • See gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money. Winning is a chance, not a guarantee.
  • Take regular breaks. Playing for long stretches at a time can increase mental stress.
  • Do not let gaming harm time with family, friends, or work.
  • Avoid betting while drinking or under mental stress — your ability to make decisions is reduced.
  • Keep your password secure so that minors cannot access your account.
  • Review your monthly gaming spend and reduce your limit if needed.

pd99's Commitment

pd99 believes that a healthy and sustainable gaming environment is only possible when both the operator and the player act responsibly. We commit to:

  • Keeping account information confidential and secure at all times
  • Ensuring easy access to gaming tools
  • Actively providing support when signs of a problem are seen
  • Preventing minors from accessing accounts
  • Maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment

Questions About Responsible Gaming

Answers to some common questions about responsible gaming are provided here.

After logging into your account, go to the Settings menu and select the "Responsible Gaming" option. There you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires waiting through a cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion is a feature that lets you voluntarily suspend all activity on your account for a set period of time. It can be activated for a minimum of 6 months. During this period you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or carry out any gaming activity. To regain access after the exclusion period ends, you will need to contact the support team.

At pd99, the time-out feature lets you take a break for anywhere from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this time your account remains active but no betting or deposit activity will be possible. Once the time-out ends, your account is reactivated automatically.

No. pd99 strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Age is verified at registration, and additional verification may be required in any suspicious case. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately. Keep your device and password secure so that underage members of your household cannot access your account.

First, we respect your awareness. Reach out to us right now via pd99's live chat in Bengali — we will help you confidentially. You can also activate self-exclusion or a time-out if you wish. Support email: [email protected]. Talk to a family member or a trusted friend too — it is better not to face this situation alone.

At pd99 the minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Your deposit limit helps you manage your gaming budget, but there is no restriction on withdrawals — you can always withdraw your winnings.

The reality check reminder is an automated notification system. When you play continuously for a set period of time, it notifies you of your session duration and your net winnings or losses. Keeping it active means you stay aware at all times and can take a break when needed.

Enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience at pd99
